I have some kind of excess energy that causes clocks to stop and machines to malfunction.
I have been in denial about it for sometime, even thought that perhaps, just possibly it’s cause I have no idea what I am doing, but now I am convinced that I give off too much of something and machines [...]

More on TV
Last night’s TV was all round excellent viewing. I kicked off with American Idol. I have watched a few shows in previous weeks, but only now are the numbers getting manageable.
In the gals there are way too many who look identical thus far. I was gutted that Alexandrea was voted off, I really liked her [...]

Some Fathers
This blows me away.
So the kids leave my lesson and one mother drives them all home. A few minutes later another mother appears and says she found a shoe in the road, does it belong to one of those small boys who just left?
I put in a call, it does indeed, I call someone, she [...]

Passport update.
So spent several hours at the pp office getting in Kev’s application.
If I have proof of a departure in the form of a ticket, I can get the passport 24 hours earlier. ( i.e 6 working days rather than 7) I can’t get a ticket issued because the child is passportless
and the new one will [...]

Is this meant to be?
My Uncle, my father’s brother has taken ill in Scotland.

I thought I would leave next [...]

New Family Law
We all went out yesterday for a pleasing and enjoyable Norman Rockwell type Sunday. The younger kids want to see the new ‘Doraemon’ film, so The Man booked tickets online and we all left in good spirits. Plan being that Miss Sunshine and I would wander around the shops while The Man took the others [...]

Intelligence. How is it measured?
as earlier reported Miss Sunshine did make the cut for high school, and I will brag a tad and say, it was a difficult exam and there were only 20 places.
BUT a couple of recent conversayshuns have left me a little concerned about her
actual ummm, ummm, intelligence as it were.
1. The Walnut Table.
I mentioned [...]

Jim’s Bad Week
Poor guy!. After surviving the disease and pestilence of last week, on Monday at school, some kid who gives him crap fairly regularly, hit him and stamped on his foot. Tuesday, another kid, accidentally turned around and smacked Jim in the stomach with his randoseru ( huge school bag!). Wednesday, minding his own business, the [...]
