Horrific. It was all in all, pretty boring to watch.
Now I realise that aisde from myself , Jacadamia, 2 carmalite nuns and a couple of prisoners in a Russian gulag, everyone else on the planet knows who won the whole thing. It requires constant vigilence to not find out, to not accidentally hear or see something that would give it away. The effort is exhausting, and yet we manage it.
So everyone who knows what happens can read this and think , ‘jeez how wrong can a person be’.
Last night’s Neil Diamond biz nearly put me to sleep.
I think Jason has to go, yes cute, but dim, and limited. he and Brooke, ( also lovely, spitting image of my dear friend Natasha) should get their gitaars and do the folksy, summer festival circuit, singing about how many country singers it takes to change a light bulb.
Jason, IMHO, will indeed be forever in blue jeans. Brooke’s ‘ I’m A Believer’ made me want to chuck coppers into her hat.
David A, your songs all sound the same. I think Jacadamia perhaps put it best in a text she sent me , mid-show, ‘ I am sick of this midget’.
Need I say more.
David Cook was good, and Sayesha was way better than the other 3.
I am now hoping she makes it at least to the final 3 I think she is better than Brooke and Jason. David A. has too many tweenie fans who probably vote a thousand times each from their tweenie mobiles, I think we are going to have to listen to his perfectly bland crooning all the way to the end.
Simon said Sayesha might be in trouble. I hope not. I hope Jason gets on the bus tonight, I beg the Universe, if he does, can he Pleeese not go out singing Forever In Blue Jeans, I used to really like it.
And what of Paula? what was that about? Can’t check any of my usual gossip sites because I will see the winner.

actually I watched the show live that day and she recorded it and watched it about an hour later.

i know the winner.
and i wish it were carly. she has spunk, that girl.
and the finale, well…. i think that the taylor hicks season (the only one i have watched nearly in entirety) was the most exciting.
but, this one, i did cry. first time when carly left… and then every time after that.

I agree, and sadly I now miss Carly, and was thiking through last night’s snorefest, that a F2 with Carly and Ozzie Michael might have had some pizaaz which is certain to be lacking whoever makes it this year.
After the initail hype is over it gets easier to avoid finding out, but we still must be vigilent.

I know the final two, but I don’t know who won and am so hoping I can keep from finding out. I wish we weren’t so far behind. It was bad enough when it was just a week or so, but now it is really bad.
Has Jason just lost the will to live or something? Brooke, dear gawd, I am sick of her.
A certian “ditoh” and I were texting about how David A looked like Eddie Munster last night. Do you know that show?
