Falling Apart.

As my two fabulous daughters are in the first flush of youth I seem to be falling part physically.
Felt like crap all day, sick and stiff with a sore neck.
My thoughts lingered on meningitis, because that is my default panic button, but the stiff neck is probably from lying on the sofa watching too [...]

The Beach

We had a few enjoyable days at a beach in Wakayama. The weather didn’t look very beachworthy when we left but things picked up. The water wasn’t too cold either and the chicklets were in almost all day.
