My kitchen floor is in and I LOVE it, I love it so much I want to marry it, it is beautiful cypress pine. I also ordered wooden cabinets. The overhead ones are in and I had a moments panic that it might be too much wood.
So I asked Sunshine, I said ‘ Is it too woody?’
She said,
” No, cos it looks really British woody or Netherlands woody”.
I have no idea what that means.

Our first ding was made by my husband 3 hours after we moved in when he dropped the extremely heavy blender on the floor. And funny, Jan, that first ding is the deepest – so far! SIGH
