About

As yet I have no idea who I am, where I am coming from or what my point is. I am hoping to figure it alll out soon. Just as soon as I figure what kind of hairstyle I want and what kind of hand-writing I have.

Well still haven’t figured out much, but for those who did ask.
I am from Yorkshire in England. Have been in Nihon, land of the rising prices since the late Edo Era, as there have been no more boats out.

I live with my family ( 4 chicklets and The Man) in a broken down old house on a mountain.
I have a black belt in chopsticks.
I would like to say this blog is for my family, so they can keep in touch, know what’s going on, but twould be a lie, a big black lie, it’s all for me!

Just a slice of what life is like when you mix the craziness of Japan with the craziness of kids, and of course people DO want to know what I had for lunch….;)

  2. I have been rather engrossed in a series of books lately, and not been blogging. but have just had a happy evening flicing hrough my fave blogs. Then I remembered reading yours before so came back to see how life in japan was going on. Great stuff. Sorry to hear about the cats, but also ha ha, (we had a similar thing in Thailand except only one cat, which we thought was a man cat but then had 3 kittens in a sock drawer). Anyway, I nearly couldnt remember your title so i looked it back up on BMBs, and thought you might like to know that I have now put you on my blogroll anyway.
